“Photos submitted were of the incorrect OSA Product on one or more occasions.”
For every product that is present in the store, our clients typically require the following photos:
- One up-close photo of the product
- One photo of the corresponding shelf tag (if present)
- One photo of the shelf section where the correct product is typically found.
If your shift was was rejected for this reason, one or more of those photos was missing or incorrect. This error is typically the result of confusing the required product with a similar product of a different size, count, flavor, or other variety. Please make sure you read the description thoroughly and closely examine the products on shelf to ensure that both the description and product match.
