The quickest way to get help is to email us from within the app.To do this, go to the Profile section in the app and tap on the gear icon located in the top right hand corner.There you will see an option to email support.

As a gentle reminder: We make every effort to respond to all of our Shifters as soon possible. However, because our hours of operation and ticket volume often vary depending on the amount of Shifts that are released, we are not always able to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Therefore, we cannot promise a 24 hour time window for a response.

In the meantime, while you are awaiting a response that you require an immediate response regarding a Shift you are currently working on, we suggest reviewing our FAQ page under the section titled “Help While Completing Your Shift” for helpful tips on what to do.
