Extensions on Shift Reservation Times

Unfortunately, at this time we DO NOT have the ability to extend reservation times.

Also remember that we are only able to see work completed for a Shift once it is has been submitted. Any work completed prior to your Shift expiring will not be sent to us.

We understand that there are things outside of your control (WiFi/connectivity issues, etc.), so we advise you to allow enough time for troubleshooting should the need arise. This is why we generally suggest starting your Shift at least 3 hours prior to its expiration.

In the event you started your Shift at least 3 hours prior to its expiration, and you experience an issue preventing you from submitting your work before your Shift expires, please contact support immediately.
