What should I do if my completed Shift will not submit?

First, make sure your Shift had not already expired at the time you attempted to submit your work. If your Shift expired, then that is the reason why you are not able to submit.

If your Shift had not expired when you tried to submit, contact support immediately.

Important Tip: We suggest saving a receipt for a purchase made at the store location during the time of your Shift. If we find that you may be able to receive at least partial credit for the work you completed, we may ask you for this documentation when reviewing your case.
