LOA (Letter of Authorization)

Some shifts include an LOA, or Letter of Authorization. An LOA is an official printed document that explains and validates the Shifter’s activity in the store. If applicable, shifts will include directions on printing the LOA and presenting it to the store staff.

Please keep in mind that Shifters are required to follow the LOA directions included in the shift instructions in order to get Shifts approved and paid. If you aren’t near a printer or aren’t interested in talking to a store’s staff, we don’t recommend reserving shifts that include an LOA.
