If you arrive for your Shift outside the store's operating hours, it is your responsibility to come back and complete the Shift when the store reopens. If you are unable to return to the store, you have the option to abandon the Shift.
Once you reserve a Shift, again, it is your responsibility to complete that Shift during the store's normal business hours.
We recommend doing some research online and looking up the hours a store is open, prior to starting your Shift.
Note: If you submit an incomplete Shift because you did not arrive to the store during normal business hours, it will not be approved and eligible for dispute.
