Receiving Payments

At this time, payments are only issued through PayPal and cannot be issued in any alternative method. In order to receive payment for approved location based Shifts, you will need to have a PayPal account.

To add your PayPal email address to your EasyShift account, please follow the directions below for your device type:

iPhone(iOS):

  1. Select "Profile" from the EasyShift App menu bar. 
  2. Chose the gear icon in the right-hand corner, this will bring you to a menu
  3. Select "Account Info" from the 
  4. In the "PayPal Email" field, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
  5. Tap "Save" in the top right hand corner of the app.

Android:

  1. Tap "Shifts" in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Profile"
  3. Chose the pencil icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  4. In the "PayPal Email" field, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
  5. Once you've finished entering your information tap on the disk icon in the top right-hand corner to save.

Note: If you have forgotten to enter your PayPal email address and you are awaiting payment for an approved Shift, continue to follow the process above. Once your PayPal information has been saved, all future and pending payments will take up to 2 business days to appear in your account. If you have not received your pending payment after 2 business days after entering your PayPal information, please contact support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



To add your PayPal email address, go into your account information by selecting your "Profile" in the App

Tap the pencil icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen to change your Profile information. Here you may enter not only the email address associated with your PayPal account, but other important information we'll need to get you started.

Once you've finished entering your information tap on the disk icon in the top right-hand corner and you're all set.

If you think you should have received a payment and you haven't, please make sure that you have entered a valid PayPal email address in your account settings. If your PayPal email address has been updated in your account for over 48 hours and you still have not received payment, please contact us within the app or at support@easyshiftapp.com

Anywhere Shifts are usually only paid in points and/or an entry into a drawing.

Remember, points affect your rank and reputation! The higher your rank the more Shifts you can reserve at one time!
